Lots of high potential new real face players and Brugge scan was a big surprise
I noticed a pattern as EA tends to give players Ultimate Team promo cards just before adding their starheads to the game
(Boey, Diop, Quintero, Omeragic to name a few) but it could definitely be a coincidence
Hopefully we will see updates and new premier league player scans when they add the newly promoted teams.

I'm also pleasantly surprised. I'm so done with unusable EPL scans. Thank god they finally focus on other leagues as well. Part of me hoped for scans of the promoted german teams too, though. :D

Lots of these have perfectly acceptable faces IMO. Rather get faces for players who don’t have them first (I know you have mentioned some of these)
Decent update. Happy with the Ligue 1 and Feyenoord faces. Looking forward to the prem faces. This update will give me something to work with for the time being though. Monaco and Lille career modes are looking fun
EA stop adding HALF squads at a time!!
If you have scanned Brugge add all 20+ Scans you have for them at ONCE!!
De Ligt is another where strand hair makes the face look really odd. We can now add Kimmich to that list.
Strand hair is NOT making players look more realistic. The Liverpool squad almost looks like it's from a different game.
Reece James is another. For me it's making scans look like customs. Ramsdale odd... Grealish odd... Bernardo Silva, had a good scan.... now looks odd.
Scans weren't broke they didn't need fixing. We just needed more scans, implemented quicker and updated more regularly.
We are heading towards Tekken/ Street Fighter style graphics IMO I really don't like it.
Matteo Guendouzi... another! Had a good scan. Now looks like Cousin Itt.
Douglas Luiz. Another. Totally ruined by strand hair IMO. Now looks custom when he was previously a scan that needed updating.
True! The strand hair thing is cool (zoomed in and in slomo), but let players look less realistic. I'm 100% with you! This and the body type issue and many other little details you can change on PC. so better do not wait and stop playing on consoles, because you are very limited in settings and you can't mod your game. To be honest, there are some very very good modders out there and many of the datas are for free, what makes the game more fun to play and by far more realistic than on consoles.
Good grief, how many times does it have to be posted, the heads are 3d images that must be crafted to fit on the models and respond to the annimations. They are not the 2d scans. It takes money and artitistic effort to craft each and everyone of them. They are also not mods, that are nothing but hoods, but they are part of the character. So there are no, help back scans the same way there are no held back statues of David Beckham despite all those pictures of him. This fact will not change no mattter how many times it get posted in this thread.
And... none of the new scans are available to use in Career Mode if you select Live Starting Points. Still using an outdated squad file which automatically downloads and supercedes the main file. So either have to use the old squad file, or start a fresh career. Standard.
Absolutely gutted that we haven't got Chervalier, Lafont, Tenas. Not a good update for keepers. I wanted to do a Lille career mode but not having their keeper scanned makes it a no go for me
- @henryclay1844 So if they aren't held back what are they? Off schedule due to lack of resources? They have been captured which is the material needed. Not good enough for a billion dollar company IMO.
Strange one with Lille.
Most ligue 1 teams have 5,6 new faces.
Lille only Harolddson, the others are scanned at other teams.
David and Gomes are updated
I dont care how long it takes to make a 'mesh' or how many held back Scans they have they need to stop drip feeding us 5 or 6 players at a time and add FULL teams with ALL players they have on file instead so players can stop waiting to start a Career Mode!!
Anyone else noticed if you start one of the new live starting points 02 Dec) these new face scans are not in game. Only if you do a brand new career from beginning of the season.
Wondering if it's because the new scans are dated 5th Dec?

Do you guys think any MLS teams were scanned? I am waiting to start an Atlanta United career mode until they scan them
I honestly think Mainoo, Martinez & Antony would look better with Craniums!!
