- @EA_Aljo hello i went on the game at 12:00 am and everything was fine i got my points my packs but my hero pack and i very confused why i did not get my hero pack spent 90 bucks to not get what i payed

You can only get the Untradeable Hero Player Item if you pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before August 21, 2024, at 4 PM UTC.
sir i am sorry to tell you but i got the game on the 15th how can i get in contact with a ea member look at the picture
so what am i post to do when i get the game on the 15th and i don’t get what i payed for what should i do please help
You need to preorder before august 20, you ordered on sepetember
I ordered it on 18 july and still haven’t gotten anything ekstra besides tha game. Not FC points or hero pack or anything else :-( I use Nintendo.
