I wrote to them just like that, but there is no answer, I sent a case and no answer, no reaction.. I understand that it's not possible here, I've read this all the way through and done everything, I attached a video and pictures in a message like here, but it's been more than a week and nothing has happened😞😞
Community ManagerDid you only send one case? If so, you should submit another. Choose the option for "I need help with my hacked account" when creating the case.
