That message means you're going to need to earn access to the Transfer Market in FC 25. We're not able to manually open the market for you. All those details can be found here.
Community ManagerHaving access previously does not guarantee it in FC 25. For example, if your account has been actioned in the past, chances are good you'll need to earn access again.
How can you earn access my transfer market has the same issue and how long will it take
This is poor customer service. I'm being penalised as I hadn't enabled Playtime data sharing.

@EA_AljoHey, this is clearly an issue for enough people for it to be looked into. I have followed the guides on gaining access and its still not working. I was able to open packs on the web app yesterday but not today ? And have never been able to access the transfer market on the Web app or companion app
Just for your info I am playing since FIFA 21. Never faced this issue where I need to regain access for newly launched FIFA/FC Title. It has to be a technical issue where EA messed up by not giving access to the user who already have it in FC24. I cant even open packs since i am unable to purchase FC points in webapp due to no market access. This is a disgrace as then there is no point of pre ordering a game. If I have to wait for it to fully launch then gain access by playing and then get chance to buy FC Points.
There is also no certainty how long it will take to gain Transfer Market access. Maybe 2 months or 4months.
Please get this checked from dev or technical team

The transfer market should be open to all at the start of the new title. If you break the rules then you should have to earn the transfer market. Again in my previous post YouTubers are promoting coin sellers yet they are still on the game with no issues. Your messing with people's mental health. IT'S JUST A GAME. IT'S JUST FOR FUN. IT'S FOR ESCAPISM. THE GAME IS DEAD ALREADY

i got a bug in the objective it was bug like i try to do the mix play objective but it doesn't give me the thing i am still cant go to the transfer market because i can't finish the mix play objective i play more than 5 squad battle rival what should i do now
