Re: No option to transfer points

Hey all,

It seems that you have some questions about transferring FC points after launching the game, so I'd like to confirm a couple of things.

First, ensure that you are on the same console family/platform. You can find all the requirements in this article on our website: "Transfer FC Points from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 to EA SPORTS FC™ 25."

Launch FC24 again and check your FC points, then return to FC25 again. Verify that you're logged in to the same account.

If you accidentally declined the message, you can clear the cache data and restart your game to see it again.

If you still don't see the one-time transfer option, log out of your account, restart your console, and sign back in. Some players also recommend playing a game or two before completing those steps. This should help synchronize your account.

I accidentally bought fc 24 points instead of fc 25 points I loaded up fc 25 and it wouldn’t give me the option to transfer those points over what should I do?

Hi,

I allowed my son to purchase 12000 points but little did I know, he purchased then for EA FC 24 and not 25.

The issue I have is that I have already transferred 3200 from 24 to 25 so is there any way we can complete another transfer?

I've been scratching my head for the past couple of days with no luck as there is very little information online and what is more frustrating is there is almost no customer service options available neither.

Some help is very much needed please
