Guys I found the solution for it!!!!
1- go to any Kick-Off match then open your joystick settings.
2- turn the settings from CUSTOM to CLASSIC, and save it as it is.
3- Close the settings and just move any player user the new settings.
4- Re-open the joystick settings and adjust it as you like, and save it 🙂)
Now Congratulations you can use the arrows perfectly

Welcome Bro, I guess you should make sure that you saved the joystick settings after changing it to Classic. and then change it as you want it to be, this is the threshold point in my opinion

I meant with this to leave the settings, go to the match, move your player, then go back to your joystick settings and adjust it as you want 🙂)

I don't understand what you mean about "saving" the settings? When I change to "classic" and exit there's no option to save, and the same is true when I revert to custom settings (and exit).
I play on a PC using a keyboard.

You enter the initial game - in the part of choosing the side, you move the joystick and choose the configuration to be CLASSIC, you press X and READY appears, when you start playing, you go to control configuration, you modify it to your liking, and when you press APPLY, it will appear to save the configuration.
Thank you so much for your reply. That was a much more accurate explanation than the first one, and it worked!
However, for other keyboard users: it doesn't work if you go through the steps described using a keyboard. But if you connect a game pad to the PC and use that, it will work for both the game pad and the keyboard. I have no clue why, but then again; why is the bug there to begin with!?

I just found out that the problem comes back when I turn off my PC, turn it back on and restart the game. I then have to do the steps all over again :-/
Will this not be fixex? It should be pretty straight-forward??
