Re: Transferring fc points from fc24 to fc25

It is telling me that when I log into fc25 it should automatically transfer but the issue is I have been playing fc25 for a few days, so I won’t get that message again. Also through the ea help website it is just telling me to read articles and check forums. Nothing about contacting live support.

In that case @yayaum you will not be able to transfer points a second time

How do I go about getting a refund? If I won’t be able to access those points I have lost money.

I’ve read cases of people being allowed to transfer points over before 1st jan on previous fc.

Hello darko im having the same problem the option does not appear. Also i have never transfered fc points to another version 

What if he hadnt because i havent but my grandpa bought me the wrong points 😭
