refund for ea fc 25 not recived

I have not received my refund from ea. and I have been waiting for it and It says it has been sent although considering there was no card attached to the account at the time what will happened as wel...

    Hey @The_C0w it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account.

    The time it takes will be dependent on your bank and/or card issuer and the clearing house they use.

Hey @EA_Darko 

I have this it says its been refunded although I didnt have a card attached to the account at the time and I have only just now attached it as well as this nothing has came through the ea balance either I just would like to know if is still on the way

    Hey @The_C0w any refund will be returned to the payment method used to make the purchase.
