Refund

So we bought a broken product and instead of fixing it you claim that the game fixes are in FC26 

wow this is the worst ever customer handling 

keep doing what you do I already canceled my fc26 ultimate edition preorder as you can see 

Exactly how I feel I want a full refund this games broken to the core, with its one sided gameplay. Xbox series s console players are playing on the worse servers ever, the game doesn’t perform to its full ability I want a full refund. I don’t care if it’s been a year you admit by trying to sell your new game this game is full of errors. 

I agree the game play is bad.  Passing is so bad.   Ball rebounds back after tackling the player. 

Own players cannot pass the ball to the other players close to him yet other team does Tika taka passing the ball past two of my players yet my player cannot pass to a player beside him. 

to refunds.   They are ignored.  Iv tried to get on to PlayStation but won’t let me me.  Chat just closes.  Then tries again says back to soon and re closes 

EA_Pythia​ that is well formulated: he 'owned' the game. I wouldn't call it playing the game since it's basically unplayable. 

We (the gamers)should all unite and ask for a collective refund. Not just for this year, but for the previous one as well! And all other years where you bunch of criminals were deceiving your customers with false promises, only to sell us a  broken game.

Instead of entertainment and fun, this game only brings frustration and misery. And from what I read, '26 will only be more from the same bs!
