Hey @JamesGibsey pack contents are random and you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.
We are not able to grant you specific items and if an item is not currently on the market then best thing to do is keep an eye on it.

This is simply an automated response which has not solved the issue. If you investigate his market history and his removal from other game modes it is quite clear that he has been removed from packs.

Here's 2 images from Liverpool's team in Kick Off showing clearly that he has been removed from the database
according to futbin, hes in the database...
The graph under that screenshot says he hasn't been on the market for 3 weeks and was only sporadically listed prior to that so he has clearly been removed from packs.
