Request for Resolution: Mode Mastery Tokens and 88+ Icon Player Pick SBC
Dear EA Team,
I am reaching out to you because I am extremely disappointed, upset, and frustrated with a current situation in the game. Over the past few months, I have invested a great deal of time, money, and energy into your game, as I enjoy playing it despite its criticisms. However, a recent development has severely shaken my trust in the transparency and fairness of your platform.
With considerable effort and time, I have collected Mode Mastery Tokens to invest them in the SBC Icon 88+ Player Pick. I have already submitted 13 tokens into this SBC, as it was clearly stated that the event would run until January 5, 2025. Naturally, I assumed that I would be able to continue earning and collecting tokens until this date.
To my dismay, I discovered that the ability to earn tokens across various game modes was removed prematurely—despite the event still having seven days remaining. This renders my efforts and previously submitted tokens practically worthless, as I am now unable to complete the SBC due to the missing tokens.
I find this situation highly misleading and unfair. The tokens I have already submitted are now lost, as there is no option to withdraw or utilize them elsewhere.
I kindly request a resolution to this issue, as follows:
- Refund my already-invested tokens so that I can use them elsewhere.
- Alternatively, provide a way to complete the 88+ Icon SBC using the missing tokens.
If no satisfactory solution is offered, I will seriously reconsider continuing as a loyal customer and investing in your game. It is disheartening to see so much time and effort wasted due to unclear communication and a lack of transparency.
I hope for a swift and fair resolution to this issue and kindly ask that my request be forwarded to the relevant team.
