I urgently need your assistance regarding my EA account. Unfortunately, I have lost access to my EA account and can no longer log in. As a result, I am unable to play EA SPORTS FC™ 25 on my Steam account because my EA account is no longer accessible.
Could you please assist me in unlinking my EA account from Steam? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue so that I can regain access to my game.

We can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they can take a look at how to best help you. It might be a better idea to change the email address on your EA account so you won't lose progress, but they'll be able to help either way.
