Right they should just use the transfer market but then why have them be untradeable? It wouldn’t make sense to have two transfer markets one for tradeable and one for untradeable. It defeats the purpose.
I'm not saying to use the transfer market itself but a similar style of system for setting limits on the way things are traded. It's not really that complicated to understand. Don't get me wrong I can't code games, but there are much more complicated systems in games than the way things are traded between people.
