season 6 weekly play glitched objective

how come the season 6 weekly play objective glitch not been resolved yet surely we get some sort of compensation meaning we get the rewards we were shown we would get, feels like a big scam wasted hours of my time and many of my players to complete it, showing i get week 1 done and a gurantee pack of some sort and finish and got none. will it ever get fixed why should we have to do it again when we already did, should it really take more than a month to change a 3 to a 4, are use even trying to resolve the issue before next friday?? can we get awnsers.
