when i use personal hotspot to connect to ea server it work but when i use my wifi to connect it say server is down. i can connect to the ea server in other game with my wifi tho(split fiction) want ...

Hi there. This normally means there's an issue with your home network equipment or ISP. Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes, then plug it back in and try again. It would also be good to restart the device you're playing on. If that's a console, hold in the power button until it turns off. Then turn it back on. If you're on a PC, just restart it.

i tried but doesnt work at all, it just not letting me connect to ea server. and i saw that not only me but also some people have the same issue.

  As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not.

    EA_Aljo this isn’t a one person, I’m certain you’ve seen the forums about PC players not being able to connect, what is being done to solve it?
