yeh it does work when using my mobile hotspots
sometimes i can connect to the server with my wifi if i keep restarting the game but after i get in gamemode(like clubs ut) the game will say i lost connection. this situation keep happening, now its like when i get lucky then i can connect to it.

Community ManagerThanks. That means the issue is with your home network or ISP since a completely different connection works. However, it sounds like you normally use a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
