Server location?
Question... does the location of your servers effect the speed? That's the only thing I can think of because even though all my players have a minimum of 94+ speed I am CONSTANTLY being outrun by p...

I have a gigabit fibre to the premises connection and I don't believe a higher ping should make my players physically slower. I might get a slight delay in response or some stuttering / lagging (although I would hope not on 5ms) but once the server receives the command that my player is running at full speed they should be running at full speed, which they're not!
