EA acknowledged that some things in '25 and previous releases didn't work like they should have worked.
But hey! They already announced that '26 will be sooo much better! New features, new animations, players will move sooo much smoother!
And then they will certainly fix all the bugs that were caused by these new developments in the '27 game, which will of course come with a whole bunch of new skill moves, that inevitably lead to new bugs, which... etc

FC25 is so broken it’s ridiculous. Now EA have admitted the games broken anybody who bought 25 should be refunded a portion of the game price they paid! the animations are incredibly delayed at the moment. Servers aren’t fit for purpose. I can’t believe people are actually pre-ordering 26
BigSimo300 Ridiculous is indeed the word that comes to mind to describe this mess.
A few years ago people were complaining about the servers already, but that was basically it. Today, we have lags, endless series of bugs, irresponsive or delays in button controls, overpowered and inbalanced player and team abilities, passes flying around in any directions at any speed, players that stop running or fall over for no reason, total lack of defense, goal keepers taking a **bleep** against their posts while under attack, headers that finally work after 10 months, inability to save tactics, stupid animations (Powershot?! Really?! Who's idea was that?!!) ... And I'm not even playing UT, when I see the number of complaints about what's going on there... It's embarrasing, shamefull! 😡
I really really hope that I'm wrong because I used to enjoy this game so much and I want it back, but I don't see any way how they can turn this around. What they need is a restart. A whole new team, because these people who are now in charge have no clue on what football looks like AND are not even able to transform their weird ideas into a properly working game . EA needs a new breeze, a fresh input of ideas
agree with everything you’ve just said. It blows my mind, it doesn’t matter what time of the day I turn this game on, it’s unplayable every single time.
It’s honestly a disgrace. I haven’t played a full game in weeks, I keep quitting and turning the game off.
Until people start being held accountable and getting fired for this trash they’ve made, I’ll never take EA seriousSame here. I'm a Seasons player, used to be in Div 2-3 most of the time. Now I'm mostly in Div 5-6, because I'm always breaking up games. Not because I'm losing, I'm just so fkn tired of stupid ref decisions, the total lack of AI in this game, weird gameplay that goes straight against the spirit of football or even what is anatomically possible.
Even the matchmaking is broken. Two weeks ago the cup was open. I won against some dude, next round I'm playing the same guy again! You're not even sure that when you're playing the Final, the guy on the other end is in the same round of the tournament! How FU is that?!
