Simulation Setting Not In Online Seasons!?

Why can't we search for other players who play with the Simulation gameplay setting?

I just played an Online Seasons match after only playing Career Mode with the 'Simulation' Gameplay Setting since launch and OMG the game is unbelievably awful on default! A complete embarrassment to the sport we call FOOTBALL!! You should be ashamed!!

Please add the Simulation setting from Career Mode as a Matchmaking Setting so we can play against other people who want a slower more realistic game of football Online!
