Since update lost Player and Manager Career saves

I logged in after the new update and my entire Player Career and Manager Career profiles are missing!

I had 100's of hours invested in both career modes and your update lost them both? 

How can I get my Player Career and Manager Career game saves back?

    EA_Barry  Can you please help me with this? The update to the game reset all my Player Career and Manager Career progress.
