splash screen stuck forever

oke, this is 3rd and last time i do this post i tried every possible solution in internet even yesterday someone had same issue he got help by support and worked for him but i tried that fix and didnt work it keep stuck on spalsh screen just forever

(btw its not my pc problem specs or something because when sometimes the game runs i can play on 60+ fps)
