Squad battles bug that caused me to get a loss

Hi, so I just played a squad battles game and was winning 5-1. The ball went out for a throw in and then it was glitched and the ball disappeared. The player trying to throw in couldn’t and the game was in the 92nd minute. I waited and nothing happened, trying to sub and couldn’t. Game wouldn’t end. Then it crashed and closed the game and when I opened it I had a 3-0 loss to the computer in squad battles. Incredibly frustrating and needs to be fixed and reversed. Please help me and resolve this issue. Thanks.

    Here's my gameplay experience playing on Xbox Series X and some suggestions.

    You get game crash when you enter into team management to make tactical changes. Please make sure you go into team management tenderly.

    You get game crash when you score and watch celebrations. Please try to skip watching celebrations by LB + RB (or L1+ R1 in PS series).

    You get game crash when you score and watch highlights. Again, please try to skip watching highlights by LB + RB (or L1+ R1 in PS series).

    Even if you were careful and did all above, you may still get a game crash. One instance, I scored with my Vini POTM card, but at the kick-off right after, EA's animation showed Hansen's card as a goal-scorer. I don't know what to do in this case lol but I knew the game was going to crash on me immediately and it did.

    The game is complete garbage.
