Squad battles win with 0 points received

Hey EAFC25 players and staff.

i was playing squad battles to try and get into elite, and after winning a game 3-0 I saw when I gained the points it was all 0 as if I rage quit the game. 
this completely wasted my time as I only have a handful of matches to play left and this potential screwed me into getting into elite and get the two tokens with it

if any can help me get the points back please help
