Hello, I bought ea fc 25 ultimate edition via steam, but on ea it shows me that I have the standard edition, I received evolutions and a package with an icon for pre-order in fc 24, so I don't know if it's just a visual bug or what. Can someone help how to fix it?
I have the exact same situation.
Pre ordered FC25 ultimate edition via the loyalty link that popped up in my FC24. Both my steam and EA libraries show the standard edition.
However, when I get into the details of my purchase on steam it shows that I bought Ultimate. Also the EA app shows that the game will be playable from 20th Sept. which is the go live date for Ultimate.

Steam incorrectly displays the EA fC 25 edition, as many did last year. I pre-ordered the ultimate and got the standard in the library. what to do. They didn't even give me the icon promised in EA FC 24.
Yes, like I told you in the beginning, I have bought EA FC 25 on steam, but in my steam library and Ea application it looks like standard edition

Got FC 25 Ultimate Edition from Steam yesterday
When I log into the EA App it says I only have the "Standard Edition" of the game, even suggests me to purchase the Ultimate Edition.
What is going on??

I also bought fc25 ultimate on steam, look at the dlc, you see ultimate.I bought EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition on Steam, but it shows as Standard on the EA app.
