Still missing 250,000 coins from pre purchased ultimate edition

Hi. My son pre purchased the fc 25 ultimate edition and like a lot of people had a hard time receiving all of the bonuses he was supposed to get. He got them in dribs and drabs but is still missing...

    We can't really help with missing content here on the forums, but this might be a long shot: has your son checked the clubs mode in his game? Those 250,000 coins are Clubs coins, not coins for the Ultimate Team mode in the game. Could that be where the confusion's coming from?

@EA_QueenBee Thanks for the info. I'll get him to check that out. I'm certain he'd have found them if they were in the game somewhere.... 😆
I can't get help anywhere. Have contacted Nintendo, nope it's EA who needs to fix. Contacting and communicating with EA is infuriating.
Any idea how to log off of EA on a switch??? Nothing in settings, nothing anywhere 😭
