Stop Rush Objectives

Please can you stop having Rush objectives, as most of the people that play Rush are idiots, lazy or greedy.

There is no teamwork when you play with these people and they should all be banned.

Stop forcing people to play Rush to achieve the main seasonal objectives. 

Please add more games to Squad Battles for people who don't want to have to play Rush, with morons.
