Stuck in FC25 Showcase/Demo

Hello, I recently downloaded Showcase version to test the game, decided to buy EA Play to get 10 hours full gameplay, altough I cant download the full version, because on ps5 i got some error because my console think i got full version already.. i tried many ways, this options in game that redirects me to ps store, but i got this error all the time, Please help me, reach out dear EA friends.. thanks
