Stuck in the loading screen after selecting profile

so i was trying to play the game and i was stuck in the loadingscreen when booting up i repaired the game and reinstalled both didnt work i did some research turns out i dont have the file EAfootball.exe

i looked into it some more and it seems like this file is important can someoen please help me fix this problem
