I send an email to the via the formal email form. It is soon 3 weeks and I have had NO communication. I tried to chat via the security chat but they just said - submit email. - you will hear something soon.
Naturally not something satisfactory as I am sure that if there is a good reason for the block ( which I cannot imagine) then it is easy to reply. If there is not a good reason, well easy to "unblock".
