Support is slow aners on banned profile

My profile has been banned. It is almost 3 weeks ago with NO answer at all. I received and email but there is no answer or any showed evidence as to why they banned besides a very generic description...

I send an email to the via the formal email form. It is soon 3 weeks and I have had NO communication. I tried to chat via the security chat but they just said - submit email. - you will hear something soon. 

Naturally not something satisfactory as I am sure that if there is a good reason for the block ( which I cannot imagine) then it is easy to reply. If there is not a good reason, well easy to "unblock".

Only our TOS team can comment on a sanction @stox66.

If the case is being investigated best to wait for them to respond.
