Hey, FC Community! I'm a high school student working on a research paper about how our favorite (or most frustrating) FC affects the mental health of its players. I'm curious to understand why this game is often criticized but remains incredibly popular. I’d really appreciate any responses!

We all want to play a great football game. The theory behind UT is great and addictive. So many ways to interact and improve your team everyday.

The issue is in the execution. Poor gameplay experience is made worse when you’re invested, usually literally, in your team.

The bigger issue is communication over issues. This forum is where you are directed for help. Usually online forums are ruined a bit by the users. This place it is the attitudes of the staff and whatever hero’s are.

Take squad battle crashes. Reported multiple times a day. Most companies would listen, tell you what they are doing about it and even apologise. With EA you get treated as the problem which leads to even more hostile response.

So yes, most of us want to love it but the product and the customer service are the things that do impact people’s stress levels.
