The game spent my ultimate team coins and I was told to post on forums 😆

So I was looking at the TOTY warmup evolution earlier today and I went through 4 or 5 players previewing them, tabbing in and out of google to decide which player to use.

I had 550,000 coins and 1050 fifa points in my account.

I was saving up my coins to buy an icon so I was going to spend the 1,000 fifa points on buying the Evo.

Next thing you know, the Evo has activated on an 87 Giuly and my coins are gone.

I didn't hold the button to purchase, no popup screen to ask if I wanted to spend fifa points or coins, no confirmation of purchase, nothing.

Needless to say, I got onto Livechat straightaway with a member of support called Harsh R. and his response was 'it says on our system that you succesfully purchased it so nothing we can do, why don't you try posting in the forums?'

I don't believe for one minute that there is 'nothing they can do' when the fault is in their system.

This is awful customer support considering I never requested this purchase.

So it's basically in the same category as someone hacking your account and spending your coins.

Seeing this rubbish while other people get free icons like haaland a few weeks ago and compensation packs on top of it is so damn frustrating...

(On that side note, last year I threw every fodder card I got from packs into transfer market at default prices and then received an automated transfer market ban for illegal trading or some waffle around xmas. It took 8 tickets before they lifted the ban with no apology, and yet the ban is still recorded on my account to this day.)
