Think I have a soft ban?

So I played a bunch of games with a friend where we quit after scoring a goal to do some objectives and from what I understand I got a soft ban? This is ridiculous because as far as I know I didnt break any rules?!?!

How is this allowed and they dont even tell you anything because I also read that there is a known bug at the moment so I dont even know for certian what the problem is! It lets me play a game the disconects me from UT before the rewards (PC). This is very frustraiting because I wanted to play WL on the game .... you know... I paid for.

How do I get help on resolving this situation please?

Edit: I also checked my ban status and its as it always has been... clean.

    @xxxxOWLxxxx If you play games or quit a lot in a short amount of time you can get a soft ban. The same for searching the market and doing sbcs to fast. It’s to stop bots and people cheating.

    I'm not a bot tho I'm a paying customer who wants to use his product and am being given no info if my account is banned for doing nothing wrong or because its a bug, I even checked my ban status on the website and its clean. Do you know how I can resolve this please?

    I mean the only way I can find out if this is fixed is by playing a game because I dont find out until after, but the reason this is happening (I think) is because I played to many games.... Like really? So do I extend the ban by finding out if I have a ban? This must be a joke.

    @xxxxOWLxxxx It’s not a bug it’s supposed to ban you. I realize you’re not a bot or cheating but when you are doing it faster than a normal person you look like you are. I mean obviously people really cheating would say they are not cheating but you are doing the same thing.

    They usually last 24 hours.

    Well its a shame the game isnt supposed to let me know what going on too, but I guess its to be expected from devs who strugle to make a U.I
