This Error Keeps Coming to me

When did you start getting this error?

Also, just to check, do you have a PS+ subscription? You'll need one to access the online features in FC 25.

I have getting this error from some days back. I have PS+ subscription. When I try to open after this error it will go through to UT. But in between gameplay or doing something in Ultimate team the game gets lagged and the same error will popup again. It will continues
