This game work only 1 formation 4-2-1-3

I tried the 4-2-1-3, but it's not really working for me. I'm playing City which has veeery slow players in general, especially in the defensive zone, and since defense is already non existing, 4 defenders is not even enough. Usually when i play vs Real (which is like 9 games out of 10 in this ridiculous game), I need to play 5-3-2, with Doku on back as a runner. No real coach would ever consider putting Doku in a defensive position after the last European Cup, but since this is not a realistic game, we just need to work with what EA provides us.

Btw: it's just embarrasing what quotations were given to King Kev. One of the best midfielders ever on English fields but i had to put him on the bench because he's that bad. I read somewhere that it was even discussed in City's dressing room how bad he is in the game
