Title Update 5 Patch Notes: No Significant Manager or Player Career Mode Changes
Just reviewed the newly released patch notes (https://www.fifaultimateteam.it/en/ea-fc-25-title-update-5-complete-patch-notes/) for Title Update 5, which will be released early tomorrow morning (11/19), and there is no mention of any significant Manager or Player career mode adjustments or content additions. According to the website, if accurate, the only modification to Manager Career mode is: 'Player agents were sometimes requesting a lower wage for their client when transferring to a user controlled club', and no mention of any Player Career mode changes. What the community expectation was from the update were a number of repairs/patches/mitigations for dozens of game breaking problems, including pre-match introductions for Player Career mode, new Live Start feature for Manager Career mode, solution for game crashing when managing the squad or making substitutions in-game, repair for broken tactic sheets and player instructions not saving or inadvertently changing without user consent, player training growth and stamina depletion issues resolved, youth academy scouting reports returning null values when attempting to view players, transfer negotiation correction for player agents demanding absurd weekly wages for low rated or average potential players especially for secondary league clubs, Board Objective weightness (Critical, High, Medium, Low, or Very Low) values changing between when selecting a club to begin a career mode and advancing to the first day of the career, transfer negotiations where the amount offered is obscured from view because the background and foreground colors are the same, removal of green glowing dots on-screen during most Premier League matches and other leagues, and corruption of career mode files where users are unable to continue or load previous saves. This enumeration is not comprehensive, merely the issues remembered from forum postings, since the release of Title Update 4.
While EA has a long history or including 'hidden' game changes and content additions not mentioned in official patch notes, the aforementioned severe issues would likely be mentioned if addressed, due to the prevalence of postings in this forum regarding those problems.
