TOTY Evo Star III and IV not showing up

I'm not able to see the TOTY Evo Star III and IV evolutions even though I was able to complete I and II and i've been doing the TOTY login SBCs every day.  Not sure if i'm missing another activity or...

    these are received through the friendly cup objectives.  You need to play the friendly cup.

I played the TOTY cup once but don't see it in the friendlies any more and I didn't get the 3 and 4 evos. Will it be coming back?

    Imagine I won all the 15 and got everything but the Evo 4
