Tradeable player echange.

To Everyone that is unaware as too why some players are taking too long sell and be brought.  First most people that use free money for playing will use coin exchange for players under 96 rated, so a $6.950m in the market less 10% and less what people are asking for isn't worth trading, so getting $7m coin  in the coin exchange with no loss is worth more than market. The second point is the sellers are not dropping prices for the buyers and visa versa buyers not spending the extra coins.  I.e players with a range of $10.1 and 11.5m  a Seller will ask for $11.5m while a buyer is trying to ask for $10.1m, so the trade will stay there intill someone makes the correct purchase or sale amount.
