Transfer Banned FC25

Hi all, I have been transfer banned recently and this came to me as a complete shock. This sort of thing has never happened to me and I’m a bit disappointed and angry. I have been playing FIFA/EAFC for years since I was young and spent a lot of money and in this game I have spent a few hundred pounds now I can access the market to build my team for FUT champs. I have raised a case but nothing seems to be getting done about! Is there someone I can at least speak to as I feel this is daylight robbery I have spent a fortune and all of a sudden I can’t use anything?

    Have you solved it? I got banned this Sunday for the same reason, i didn't logged in for days before that ban, cause I´ve been in COD, never traded coins with anyone, I'm as shock as you, cant access my account to prove that I´ve done no trading, there were no suspicious logins in my account and EA doesn't tell me anything other that the ban is correct....I don´t know what else to do...

    any update guys same happend to me i wasnt on game for 2days just played weekend league and i see i got transfer banned for nothing

    I literally just bought the game like 2 days ago, and I was playing rush a few times and squad battles? Then the next day after i logged in, I get my account has been banned message! I NEVER EVER touched any cheating program in my life, my account has been active with fc 23 until fc 25 and no history of ban before or misused cheats. How on earth when im just playing the game normally and now I'm getting permanent ban with no human support that reply to my messages?? Is this EA new way of making money? I literally just bought the game and u guys accused me of cheating??? Oh wait I do remember I did try to reinstall EA anti cheat as FC 25 didn't launch properly. Is that caused me to be perma banned?? Please get in touch with me EA support team, please show me the evidence that ive cheated!
