Transfer fifa points to FC 25
Hello, I recently purchased FC 25 after having FIFA points on FC 24. However, I did not receive the prompt to transfer my FIFA points to FC 25. Could you assist me with this issue?

I’m hoping I can get some help with this kinda too I loaded up fc 25 and I did get the prompt but I accepted it instantly but then I went to buy fc 25 points and bought fc 24 points now I have 2800 points on 24 can I get them transferred to fc 25 ???
