Transfer market Soft ban has lasted for over 72 hours
I've bought fodder without using a bot get I got soft banned, want to understand the number of cards I can buy within an hour to avoid getting soft banned in the future.

Yes I did speak with them, they said that I have a temporary sanction on my account and that I should write an email and dispute the same.
I did write an email but I got the same reply everytime.
@EA_Darko can you please respond to people in this thread below who have spent their hard earned money on this game and are tearing their hair out over this bug? cmon man, please.
