Transferring fc points from fc24 to fc25

i have already tried looking for help through this link but there is no link or anything on website to say speak to live chat.

Checking now @yayaum and I'm able to make a case with no issue.

What is happening when you try?

It is telling me that when I log into fc25 it should automatically transfer but the issue is I have been playing fc25 for a few days, so I won’t get that message again. Also through the ea help website it is just telling me to read articles and check forums. Nothing about contacting live support.

“Transfer FC Points from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 to EA SPORTS FC™ 25”  and I read all forums and articles nothing I’ve found has helped.

Have you transferred points to FC 25 before this @yayaum?

In that case @yayaum you will not be able to transfer points a second time

How do I go about getting a refund? If I won’t be able to access those points I have lost money.
