Transferring Game Data

Question surrounding game data on EAFC 25.

Back in the day of memory cards, you could edit teams and save them to a memory card before using the saved data on other PlayStations.

Is this something that can be done on USB sticks with PS4s.

For example, if I wanted to create players and edit teams to have the players I want (Moving Ronaldo to Man City for example) could I save this data onto a USB stick and move the created players/teams to another PS4?

Has anyone ever tried this?
