Trouble with a redeem code for ps5

I have a issue.I just bought my ps5 and I had since I bought FC25 on PS4 a redeem code to download it on ps5.I redeemed the code on ps app because on ps store I couldn't but nothing appeared.I can't download it,if I try to insert the code again it says that it was already used.Please help me!
