Trouble with appealing transfer market ban
Hi, I received a ban on accessing the trasnfer market on my Xbox Series S account 9 days ago. I believe that I was wrongfully banned and have been trying to appeal the ban since then. I have filed around 4 to 5 appeals already through the link provided to me by the customer service team, but each time, the response from EA has been something like this:
I see that you are facing transfer market ban issue in EA SPORTS FC 25. I'll certainly help you with the best possible information to help you out with this issue.

I have no idea why my appeals did not reach the terms of service team, because they were filed through this link. But I have not been able to reach anyone and have still not been unbanned from the transfer market.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Or is there any other ways that I can reach the appropriate personnel to dispute the transfer market ban?
