You have to run the tests to find out. If you are seeing higher pings this would mean you are getting put on a different server. The only way you would know is by testing it. 

More times than not people do the tests and find out they don’t even have delay. This would mean your connection is fine.

    Yes. People do the tests, it shows their connection is fine but we get horrible gameplay. 

    It is the game and how that reaches us, rather than anything we can control.
