Two days ago, i got an email from ea that says i got perma banned from all my before and future fc,fifa games.The content of the e-mail implies that I was cheating.When I checked the email,I saw that no reason was given for this.I am a casual player which barely got 6 weekend league wins last week and div 5 player. I have maximum of 50 k coin transfer profit. I am trying to communicate someone for this but no one is answering. When I logged into my account I noticed that there was no reason given for this. I CAN'T ACCESS MY PAID PRODUCT.I have never experienced something like this before. Try to hunt real CHEATERS guys. You do nothing, you got banned, you cant communicate and defend yourself. Classic EA experience...I am adding my ss here as well. ban reason : empty

@Napoleon_ASI I got banned for same accusation on the end of october. I appealed 3 times and all were rejected with the last response being, quote: "We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.
Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

But then few days ago like two weeks after that final reply they decided to unban me regardless.

So quite funny how can they claim to have "performed all possible investigations" but then two weeks later perform another investigation which I haven't even asked and then unban me.

@kala077 What do you suggest to me, i am still waiting for them to response. I just have 1 case but no one is answering. Should i open more ? Or just wait for them. And did you get compensation for this nonsense ?
@EA_Darko why i cant communicate with anybody darko ? I cant access all my paid products. And i am %100 sure that i did nothing wrong. EA doesnt scare from law or what ?

@Napoleon_ASI Well opening multiple cases is not going to help. I think it took a week or more for me to get a reply too. If you want to get your account data to see if you were hacked for example you can check here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/access-your-ea-account-data/

You can also create a case where you ask for Subject Access Request to get data about your EAFC 25 logs.

If the Terms of Services team rejects your appeals, saying that they will no longer investigate, then your last option is to check the section 15 in EA TOS. I was going through that process but they unbanned my account before I got a response from that way.

And what comes to compensation, EA took my access to a paid product for 5 weeks, rejected 3 appeals saying they will never unban me and there is nothing I can do than to accept that decision and then for whatever reason decided to unban me after all that regardless. And obviously I did not get any compensation for all the time and effort wasted fighting for something that should never have happened in the first place.

I have same problem. I sent to mail to EA help team but ı m waiting teams answer for 5 days. (Case: 196605175)
I didnt do anything agaist EA rules. I just played game with my son. I dont understand for the reason. It s the same problem ban reason is empty.

Hey all, if you have a case open with our TOS team then you will need to wait for them to respond.

There is nothing that we can do to assist with TOS related issues.

Same here, I very rarely play EA Games. Received a College Football 2025 as a gift loaded it and the disabled account message came up. Messaged the help line, they looked into it it and said I was banned and need to go through the link provided. Did that a few days ago and still waiting.

When their investigation is complete they will email you the outcome
