Urgent Escalation – Account-Specific Input Delay Ruining My Game Experience
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a persistent and unresolved issue that has completely ruined my experience with your game over the past year.
Throughout the entire game cycle, I have been suffering from severe input delay that is only present on my personal EA account. I have tested every possible variable:
When I log in using a friend’s account on my device, the game runs perfectly.
When my account is used on another device or location, the delay persists.
Even when playing co-op, if I host the session using my account, we experience noticeable lag; if my friend hosts, there is no lag at all.
This clearly proves the issue is account-based, not related to hardware, connection, or settings.
I have reached out multiple times, searched all support forums, tried every recommended fix, and even consulted AI tools – yet no one has been able to solve this. At this point, it feels like I haven't truly played the game all year, despite paying full price for it.
Frankly, I’m extremely disappointed. The game is practically over, and I’ve been locked out of the full experience due to a technical issue that remains unresolved. Unless this is addressed, I no longer feel confident purchasing your upcoming title.
I am kindly asking for one of the following:
A complete fix for my account (reset, refresh, or investigation by a senior technical team).
Or the migration of my content to a new, unaffected account.
Please treat this as a serious case. I believe I’ve been more than patient and cooperative, and I’m still hopeful that EA will show fairness and provide a solution.
