Despite playing with full dedication and securing wins, I am frequently disconnected from matches with a message indicating a connection problem.

However, I can confidently confirm that my internet connection is stable and fast, with a speed of 900 Mbps and a ping of 20ms. Additionally, another family member plays on the same network simultaneously without experiencing any disconnections, which further proves that the issue is not on my end.

This persistent issue has caused me to miss out on crucial points needed to reach reward milestones, which has been both frustrating and discouraging. Given the time and effort I’ve invested in the game, I kindly request an investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the lost points and rewards I rightfully earned.
