If you go around the normal refund policy I believe they will ban your account and might even your console.

Good, this game is trash

It's trash? You mean to tell me you don't appreciate what's happened to this game? You don't like the additions like Mardi Gras masks, sun glasses, and freak show hairdos? They seem to forget why people enjoyed this game in the past and the new target audience isn't even actual football fans anymore.

Did you apply for a refund?
If the game is broken and some aspects of it being so is clearly evidenced here then you have a right to a refund without being threatened to be banned.
I don't think you would be banned but if you are, happy to add this to the information I will be providing to Citizen Advise as I imagine banning someone who applies for a refund when the game is not playing as expected could potentially be seen as a violation of consumer protection laws.
I'm not sure which part of the game you think is broken, connectivity issues maybe hard to prove but there are a few other aspects where EA have buried their heads and are ignoring customers here, that is very easy to demonstrate.
I mean you can get a refund from ea. You should do that first as they have the great game guarantee. They extend the time for technical issues too. If you just go around it with a chargeback then yeah you risk getting banned.
